This place is well-kept and offers great value for what you pay. the pool is fantastic! the breakfast is delicious, with a nice variety of hot options to choose from. 🍳.

It was truly a really really nice stay on vacation, the hotel met standards. The food was excellent, with lots of options. The location was magnificent and stunning, in a great location steps from the beach!

The staff was very accomodating. English was spoken by most. The food was good in the restaurant. The pool and the pool area were excellent. The beach was easily accessable.

We had a room with a great view of the caribbean and old town Cartagena. We enjoyed our free time relaxing by the pool or walking on the beach. The hotel is clean and some (not all) of the staff go out of their way to serve you. Our room was spacious with a balcony and view as noted above.

Some of the staff, including the reception desk and waiters were very slow to try to attend to our question or request. But there were other staff (porter and a waiter) who were very pleasant and quick to provide service.

The rooms here were super clean and looked brand-new, plus the beds were so cozy. 🛏️ When I tried the breakfast at the restaurant, it was delicious and they had a variety of hot food to choose from.

The breakfast here was plentiful and the room, with a beautiful sea view, was brand-new, complete with a spacious bathroom, balcony.

Stayed her for 7 days during conference in the Hilton ( 10 minutes walk) Excellent hotel with good service. Nicely located at the beach. Friendly staff. Enjoyed my dinners in the old town but breakfast in the hotel was just good. Would stay there with great pleasure again

The room was well-equipped and tastefully decorated, the hotel was spotless, the breakfast had delicious hot food options, and the pool was clean.

The lobby, the view from the room and from the lobby, the pool. The pool`s fountain was not working.

The shower door did not close, it wsa always swinging open. The soap bar had no smell at all, no shower gels. The beach is too crowded with local vendors always passing by every 5 min.

Really good and very polite staff, luxurious room with comfortable bed.
